As an entrepreneur, productivity is key to success. With the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) , there are many tools available to help entrepreneurs streamline their work and boost productivity. One such tool is Chat GPT.
What is Chat GPT?
Chat GPT is a language model developed by OpenAI that uses a deep learning algorithm to generate human-like text. It is based on a neural network architecture called a transformer, which is designed to process sequential data, such as language.
Wait what? In English please.
It’s difficult to explain what it is in words, but much easier to show it with an example. Let’s use an easy example of writing a caption for a social media post to promote a new beauty product we are selling.
Step 1: Sign up for a free ChatGPT account
Sign up for a free account with ChatGPT and once you are signed in the dashboard looks like this:
Step 2: Tell ChatGPT what you want it to do
In our case I gave it this prompt:
Write a social media post to advertise a new skincare cream for older women.
It takes ChatGPT less than 20 seconds to write the output below and it even included some hashtags at the end.
Step 3: Continue the conversation (Iterate)
If you are not happy with the response, all you do is, tell it what you want it to change or ad.
In our case, I’ll ask it to make the caption shorter and add some emoticons.
And there we have it, in less than a minute we have a beautifully written social media caption ready to be posted.
Step 4: Find more ways to use it
The possibilities of using ChatGPT in your workflows is endless. After using it for a while I have come up with 100’s of uses and I felt I had to share this tool with you.

I use it to spell check, correct grammer and fix tone of voice
After writing long pieces of content, I will copy/paste it into ChatGPT and ask it to fix any spelling mistakes, rewrite it so is makes sense and maybe change the tone to be enthusiastic.

Writing ad copy that converts is a challenge for many entrepreneurs. Chat GPT can help you create ad copy that resonates with your target audience and drives conversions.
